Governance and Execution
The Academic Research & Development Foundation was formally established through a meticulously executed deed by its settlor on 24th July 2026 at Patna, Bihar. This foundational act ensures our commitment to statutory transparency and public accountability under the Indian Trust Act, 1882.
Our governance framework is built upon principles of scholarly rigor and ethical stewardship. Every decision, from grant allocation to project oversight, aligns with our mandate to advance knowledge and serve the public trust with verifiable integrity.
All foundational documents, including the Trust Deed, are meticulously scanned and verified for complete public accountability.
